Girlguiding Bristol and South Gloucestershire is one of the sixteen counties of Girlguiding South West England. County HQ is in Redland, Bristol. The County Commissioners are currently Miss Julia Blackmore and Mrs Wendy Nicholls.

Divisions

Girlguiding Bristol and South Gloucestershire is subdivided into 10 Girlguiding Divisions.

Properties

Briarlands Activity Centre

Briarlands offers facilities for day or evening activities as well as camping. There are two separate camping areas, each for a camp of up to four patrols, an activities area, and a copse with a camp-fire circle. Both water and wood are available on site. Also available is a building with toilets, a well-equipped kitchen and a 'wet weather' room with tables and seating for 50.

Badminton Cottages

Badminton Cottages are two units situated in woods in the grounds of Badminton, South Gloucestershire . They are leased to the Guide Movement, who are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of these cottages. The Cottages are set in idyllic woods in the heart of Badminton, the well-known venue for Badminton Horse Trails.

Benjamin Perry Boathouse

Benjamin Perry Boathouse & Activities Centre is situated on Phoenix Wharf below Redcliffe Parade. The Boathouse makes an excellent base for visits and expeditions into central Bristol and further afield, being close to key attractions and places of historic interest.
